5 healthy habits you should start today


Last month, I worked with a lady who told me she had tried everything to turn his health, but still had not found the “vitality elixir” that she had sought.

She had explored many different ways, none of which had resulted in any lasting result. She felt tired and overwhelmed with all the different options and was ready for a breakthrough …

During our conversation, I mentioned that the only thing that would make all the difference, if it was started to turn its “actions” in “healthy healthy habits” …

I said that the decision “sound measures” was great but if she could turn them into “healthy habits” and its results would always be ephemeral.

When I shared this, I could see the light bulb is turned on. Inspired and intrigued, she asked me healthy lifestyle she could start developing it would make a big difference. I gave him some to try and I was so inspired by his results that I thought you would start trying too …

Habit # 1: Start your day with a glass of lemon water.

Start your day by drinking a large glass of water with lemon juice. This is a great way to help your body alkalized and must be one of the easiest, but the most effective habits that you can cultivate to create radiant health.

After a night of “fasting” drinking a fresh lemon glass of water is the perfect way to start your day. In addition, filtered drinking plenty of water throughout the day. It can help you to eradicate the disease, including chronic diseases, digestive problems, asthma, facial wrinkles and other diseases related to dehydration.

Your body is composed of about 70 percent water, it is important that you drink plenty of water to keep your cells healthy and smooth. Rinse your body with water is a very easy way to promote self-healing and can even help natural detoxification.

Habit # 2: Increase your micro nutrient intake.

Weight gain, fatigue, food allergies, food addictions, anxiety and symptoms of most chronic diseases can be helped tremendously with the addition of micro-nutrients in your diet.   • Vitamin B (100 mg strength, particularly B12 for vegetarians)
  • Magnesium (magnesium amino acid chelate or liquid colloidal magnesium)
  • Methylsulfonylmethane or MSM (organic sulfur flaked or capsules)

Habit # 3: Increase your greens.

You may have heard that eating green food is healthy for you, but wondered how you can start eating them. One of the best ways to increase your green is eating green super foods such as powdered spirulina, chlorella or wheatgrass and green vegetables. An easy way to do this is every time you eat, aim your plate / drink consist of at least 50 percent green.

Here is a simple way that I do …

At breakfast, make a green smoothie (or juice) with 50 percent of baby fresh spinach or kale and 50 percent of fruits, such as bananas, pears or pineapple and mix with water. For lunch, try lightly steam your greens, then eat with a fresh squeeze of lemon and a pinch of sea salt.


In summer, I like to do a midday vegie wrap, using the outer green leaves (instead of bread) and fill it with shredded carrots, avocados, spinach and a simple creamy dressing made from oil olive, garlic, lemon juice, vinegar, apple cider, tahini and sea salt. for snacks, dip celery sticks or cucumber in organic hummus and fresh pesto. For dinner, eat lightly, enjoying soups and seasonal salads.

Habit # 4: Eat more protein.

If you eat a lot of processed foods (junk food or fried foods) and / or suffering from food addictions, here is an easy way to feel good inside:

Start eating more high quality and bio-absorbable protein.

Eating more protein is also a proven way to reduce sugar cravings, especially cravings mid-afternoon. If you suffer from emotional highs and lows, and eating more protein can help reduce this roller-coast feeling, making your thrill, more grounded and centered.

You can get high quality protein from organic sources of free-range animals and fish. If you are vegetarian consider supplementing your diet with a high powder super power foods such as chlorella or E3 Live (rich protein super surprising). Habit # 5: Make a regular detox liver.

Your liver filters everything you eat, drink, think and feel. In our environment of the 21st century stressful and often highly toxic, your liver has a busy job! When your liver is congested, while backup and can not function optimally. An easy way to invite more health in your body and flow into your life is to do a liver detox.

A detox is something you can do under the guidance of a qualified professional or research online. There are many different types to choose from. Whatever you choose to rehab, I always recommend that you support your liver cleanse with a colon (or if possible 3-10 colonics program).

A perfect time to do a regular detox is when the change of season or if you came across a transition or stressful life change. When doing a detox, you may experience some detox effects so always take this into consideration.
